Chargha (Urdu: چرغا ) is a deep fried chicken dish from Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

The whole chicken is marinated overnight in the refrigerator with sauce made of spices mixed with yoghurt. Then the marinated chicken is fried in oil.[1]
