Charles Richard Jeremy Elwes (born 15 July 1997) is a British rower.

In 2021, he won a European gold medal in the eight in Varese, Italy.[2] [3] He has been selected for the British team to compete in the rowing events, in the eight for the 2020 Summer Olympics.[4]
