Choungrah is a village in Astore District of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. The village contains three sub-villages: , and and is bounded to the east by and , to the north by , to the west by and to the south by . There are four union councils in Choungrah Village, two are in and one each in Majini Dar and Thokay Dar. Choungrah is the valley through which you can reach Rama Lake. The people of Choungrah are called .
