In his second fight for the promotion, Colombo faced Luis Henrique on November 19, 2016 at UFC Fight Night 100. He lost the bout via submission in the third round.
After nearly a year away from the promotion, Colombo returned against Marcelo Golm on October 28, 2017 at UFC Fight Night: Brunson vs. Machida. He lost the fight via submission in the first round.[2]
Danish MMA[]
After leaving UFC, Colombo joined Danish MMA and face Nick Barnø on June 9, 2018 at Danish MMA Night 1.[3] He lost the fight via split decision.[4] Colombo announced his retirement after the loss.[5]
