The Clare Under-21 Hurling Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association club competition between the under-21 Hurling clubs in Clare.

The current (2021) county champions are the amalgamation of Corofin-Ruan who defeated Newmarket-on-Fergus by 1-18 to 0-14. Their first title together at this grade followed up on back-to-back titles won together in 2019 and 2020.
