Clarissa Parish

Clarissa Parish is an Anglo-Italian mural artist who has painted numerous murals and decorative works for cruise ships, hotels and private residences.She has also done extensive work for private clients and hotels.[1] She has worked on 27 ships for Royal Caribbean including the Allure and Oasis of the Seas (two of the world's biggest cruise ships) where she and her team decorated numerous areas of the ships with large scale murals. They have also worked for Norwegian Cruise Lines and Cunard. She worked primarily through the Art agencies ICArt International and SMC Design. Clarissa Parish began painting murals at age 16 and then inspired by the work of her grandmother Andreola Vinci Pallavicino , who she describes as "a brilliant painter" she chose mural painting and decorative artwork as her profession. She attended Chelsea College of Art and was then trained in Florence with Francesco Colacicchi. She lived and worked in Rome for 4 years and then painted with Leonard Pardon in London. Clarissa is especially keen on using high level drawing and painting techniques, paying huge attention to detail. She says it's always essential to take your client with you on the journey to creating a work of art, as a collaboration. She has worked for interior designers such as Graham Viney at The Reids Palace Hotel, The Inn at Perry Cabin, and Callendar Howorth. She has most recently completed a commission of Geode Art for The Edge Resort in Bali for .

She is currently creating hand painted wall paper, inspired by the stunning frescos from her childhood home in Italy. She is also producing a range of painted images that can be custom printed as wallpaper and installed any space.
