Clyde Dixon Dean (October 23, 1930 – December 23, 2001) was a lieutenant general in the United States Marine Corps who served as Chief of Staff, Headquarters Marine Corps.[1][2] He was commissioned in 1954 and retired in 1987.[3][4]
