Cobweb art

Cobweb art is an art which creates different pictures of cobweb. The main material of the works is the cobweb which the artist collects and processes in a special way.

History[]

Most academic journals agree that the monks in the remote valleys of the eastern center of the Alps in the XVI century created the canvas,^{[citation needed]} made of the cobweb.^[1]

But after 500 years in the 21st century artist^[2] Andranik Avetisyan (Ado)^[3] has been creating not the canvas of the cobweb^[4] on which can be painted, but he is the first who has been creating the pictures of the cobweb in the world.

He noticed a cobweb in the corner of the window in his studio.^[5] Then he had the idea to create a picture^[6] of a cobweb,and began to study the life of spiders, and the structure^[7] of their cobwebs. Afterwards, he began to breed spiders in order to use their cobwebs to create^[8] pictures. Avetisyan's works^[9] are made of real cobweb^[10] and this brought him fame almost instantly. He is the first artist^[11] who uses cobwebs for pictures. Andranik Avetisyan^[12] was awarded the " New Talent and Creative Thought "^[13][14] prize at the Cannes " World's Artists " International Exhibition of Modern Art, which was held in 2017.
