Codesh School, located in Panchgani, Maharashtra, India is a coeducational English medium boarding school. CODESH is an abbreviation of 'Center Of Development, Education & Self Help'. The school was founded in 1990 by Maurice and Emilia Innis. Emilia Innis is the current principal.[1]

The school comes under 'Panchgani Educational Foundation', a registered trust.

Codesh school was founded to provide education to Anglo-Indian and Christian communities. But admission to the school is open to students of all castes and communities.

The school has pre-primary, primary and secondary sections starting from Pre-Kindergarten to standard 10. Codesh is affiliated with the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education ICSE. They were one of the top performing Panchgani schools, for 2013–14, in the ICSE.[2]

Subjects offered at the school are English (Language and Literature), Hindi (Language and Literature), Mathematics, Social Studies (History, Civics and Geography) and Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). Value Education, Commercial Application, Art, Singing, Physical Education are also part of the curriculum.

Codesh School offers Marathi as a compulsory language for the Indian Students from Standard 5 to Standard 8.
