The Coke Express rolls through a level crossing. Hopper cars display both the CSX logo and the words COKE EXPRESS
Coke Express trains are unit trains operated by CSX Transportation.[1] They carry coke for steelmaking, power generation and other various uses. These cars consist of a mixture of standard and high-topped open-top hopper cars, most of which are owned by CSX. Many of the high-capacity hoppers built for CSX are painted with large letters that read "COKE EXPRESS",[2] hence the nickname given to CSX coke trains.
