University of Technology and Applied Sciences (CAS, Arabic: كليات العلوم التطبيقية) are a group of thirteen public colleges in the Sultanate of Oman. The colleges have six campus locations in Rustaq, Ibri, Salalah, Nizwa, Sohar, and Sur.

The colleges were established in 2007 as per royal decree 62/2007[2] and offer bachelor's degree and two-year diploma programs in Information Technology, Design, Communication Studies, and International Business Administration.[3] The colleges' primary language of instruction is English and fall directly under Oman's Ministry of Higher Education.[4]

Prior to the colleges' establishment, some of the colleges operated as teaching colleges which offered two-year degrees to future teachers of the Ministry of Education and was known from 1985-1995 as the Intermediate College and from 1995-2007 as the College of Education [5]

In 2015, students enrolled in the six colleges totaled 7,648,[1] with students including both males and females.
