Consumer Attorneys of California is an organization with more than 3,000 lawyers that represents plaintiffs in tort actions. It charges plaintiffs only if they win their cases, meaning they use a contingency-based fee system. According to Consumer Attorneys of California, those it sues generally are far greater in strength than its clients.[1] Up until 1995, it was known as the .[2]

CAOC is currently led by President Mike Arias and President-Elect Micha Star Liberty.[3]
