Coralliophila monodonta is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Muricidae, the murex snails or rock snails.^[1]

Description[]

The shell size varies between 16 mm and 35 mm

Distribution[]

This species occurs in the Red Sea and in the Indian Ocean off Aldabra, Chagos and Madagascar. It is an introduced species in the Mediterranean Sea off Italy.
