Czersk (Polish: [t͡ʂɛrsk] (About this soundlisten); German: Marienwalde)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Okonek, within Złotów County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[2] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Okonek, 31 km (19 mi) north-west of Złotów, and 130 km (81 mi) north of the regional capital Poznań.

Before 1648 the area was part of Duchy of Pomerania, 1648-1945 Prussia and Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
