Dębowo [dɛmˈbɔvɔ] (German: Diborn)[1] is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Biskupiec, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2]

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).

The settlement has a population of 27.
