Dachepalle is a Municipality in Guntur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the headquarters of Dachepalle mandal in Gurazala revenue division.[4][5]

16°36′00″N 79°44′00″E / 16.6°N 79.7333°E / 16.6; 79.7333. It is spread over an area of 3,358 ha (8,300 acres).[2] Naguleru stream is the source of water for the villages.[6]

Governance[]

Dachepalle municipality is the local self-government.[1] It is divided into wards and each ward is represented by a ward member.[7]

Education[]

As per the school information report for the academic year 2018–19, the village has a total of 16 schools. These schools include one KGBV, one model, 4 private, 7 MPP and three other type of schools.[8]
