Dalida (2005 film)

Dalida is a 2005 French-Italian two-part television film directed by Joyce Buñuel.[1] The film is about the life of French actress Dalida.[2]

Plot[]

When she was still young, Dalida (named Yolanda before her stage name was given) left her native country of Egypt to France, in order to have her chance. She met Lucien Morisse who permitted her to start a beautiful career as a singer. Dalida and Lucien got married, but then divorced soon. Some other lovers would leave her with a brutal and dramatic manner that would push her to a little decline. But, her wish to have a child never came true, leaving her to kill herself.
