Damasi (Greek: Δαμάσι, Greek pronunciation: [ða'masi]) is a village and a community of the Tyrnavos municipality.^[2] Before the 2011 local government reform it was a part of the municipality of Tyrnavos.^[2] The 2011 census recorded 1,380 inhabitants in the village and 1,444 inhabitants in the municipal unit.^[1] The community of Damasi covers an area of 143.35 km².^[3] In the territory of Damasi lies the site of the ancient city of Phalanna.^[4]
