Dan Ackman is an American civil rights lawyer and journalist.He was a columnist at Forbes.com and wrote about the Enron scandal and the porn industry.[1][2] Ackman has written about also written about ping pong,[3] outrigger canoe racing, Ivy League wrestling,[4] the Army Best Ranger competition.[5] He was named a finalist for the Online Journalism Award.[6]
As a lawyer, Ackman has represented taxi drivers in claims against the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC), including a lawsuit to open up the TLC courts to the public.[7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]
