Dane Blacker (born 6 July 1998) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays for Scarlets regional team as a scrum-half. He is a Wales under-20 international.[1]

Blacker made his debut for the Cardiff Blues regional team in 2016 having previously played for the Blues academy, while also enjoying a loan spell at the Dragons.[2]
