Danish Aslam is an Indian film director based in Mumbai. He works mostly for Yash Raj Films, Kunal Kohli & Siddharth Anand as A.D. Later in 2010 he debut with romantic drama film Break Ke Baad starring Deepika Padukone and Imran Khan which was a box office failure. After 7 years gap In 2017 he ventured into web platform with MX Player series starring Tahir Raj Bhasin & later in 2020 Eros Now original series Flesh (web series) starring Swara Bhaskar & Akshay Oberoi , both the series were praised by critics and viewers earning positive acclaim.
Career[]
Before making his debut as a director, Aslam assisted on films like Fanaa (2006), Ta Ra Rum Pum, Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic,[2] Being Cyrus, Salaam Namaste and Swades.
He is the director of Voot's most successful series It's Not That Simple, featuring Swara Bhaskar and the recently released Timeout. He is currently working on the next season of It's Not That Simple and is directing Flesh for Eros Now.[3]
In 2021, he directed an episode on Feels Like Ishq written by Sulagna Chatterjee that revolves around a queer couple.[4][5]
