Dawn M. Dunlop is a United States Air Force major general who serves as the director of operational capability requirements of the United States Air Force. Previously, she was the special assistant to the Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force.[1][2][3]

Dunlop was fired on May 31, 2019, as the director of the Special Access Programs Central Office for creating a toxic work environment.[4][5]
