Debra Todd (born October 15, 1957)[2] is a Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Democratic Party. Prior to her election to the Supreme Court in 2007, she served as a Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Todd received a Bachelor of Arts from Chatham College in 1979, a Juris Doctor from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1982, and an Master of Laws from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004.

She was elected to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 2007.[3] She served on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2007. Prior to that, she worked in private practice from 1982 to 1999.
