Declan Lonergan (born 25 July 1969)[4] was an Irish cyclist. He won the Rás Tailteann in 1994.[5][6][7][8]

Lonergan appears at Cycling at the 1996 Summer Olympics – Men's points race and the 1996 UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classics.
