Deloryctis is a monotypic moth genus in the family Depressariidae. Its only species, Deloryctis corticivora, is found on Java in Indonesia. Both the genus and species were first described by Edward Meyrick in 1934.[1]
The wingspan is 12–15 mm. The forewings are snow white with a large rounded dark fuscous patch extending from the middle of the dorsum over the posterior half of the wing but not reaching the costa and leaving an irregular white terminal line to the tornus. The hindwings are grey whitish, with an apical blotch of light grey suffusion.
The larvae feed on the bark of Schleichera trijuga.[2]
