"Devil Inside" is a song by Australian band INXS. The song was written by Andrew Farriss and Michael Hutchence and is one of INXS's best known songs.

It was released as a single in February 1988. The song was most successful in the US, going to #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks. "Devil Inside" then went on to peak at #47 in the United Kingdom, #20 in France, #25 in Ireland, #6 in Australia and #3 in Canada.

Guitarist and saxophone player Kirk Pengilly stated in an interview that he did not like the music video for "Devil Inside," because he thought that it was "too American."[citation needed]

The video was filmed in Balboa, California and directed by Joel Schumacher.[citation needed]

The song was featured in the film Rock Star and TV show Hindsight.[citation needed]

On 19 March 2014, HBO released the final trailer for the fourth season of Game of Thrones, featuring London Grammar's version of "Devil Inside".[1]
