Plot[]
Lakshya, Mahesh, and Bappa are best friends who support themselves by committing petty crimes. After release from prison, Mahesh and Bappa decide to cease their criminal activity and go their separate ways. Lakshya is reluctant to part with his friends and give up crime. However, Mahesh and Bappa forge ahead and choose to live separately. Mahesh says to Bappa and Lakshya: "If we all three continue to live together, we can't leave our criminal lives. So we must live separately, away from each other."
Later, Lakshya finds a five rupee coin while walking on the street. He keeps the coin in his jacket pocket. However, his jacket pocket has a hole, so the coin drops onto the street. Lakshya picks it up again. This happens multiple times. He gets hungry and walks into a restaurant, thinking he has 15 rupees, and eats various dishes. When the restaurant owner asks him to pay, he finds he does not have enough money. The owner throws him out of the shop. Lakshya, once again, finds the five rupee coin and then tries to make money with this coin by playing poker. In a poker game, he manages to win a few hundred rupees. In the end, it is revealed that he is cheating. The other players start to physically assault Lakshya, but Mahesh arrives and saves him.
Mahesh, Bappa, and Lakshya flee and reach Shivapur village. They go to the temple of Shiva and pledge to live as law-abiding citizens. Lakshya then meets Gangi, a girl selling flowers outside the temple. He falls in love with her. Then, Lakshya finds a bottle in the ruins of an old fort. A man trapped inside the bottle tells him that he is Gangaram, the ancestor of Lakshya. He also says that he was learning magic from a guru, but an accident occurred, and his guru cursed him and trapped him in this bottle. The guru said to Gangaram: "You only will be free from this bottle when your descendant will use the sand given by Guru for his benefit."
Lakshya shows this bottle to Mahesh and Bappa. They colour the temple of Shiva by using Gangaram's magic. A notorious robber, Kawatya Mahakal, comes to find out more about the magic bottle that Lakshya owns. He steals the bottle but is unable to use it. All three friends defeat Mahakal and free Shivapur by using the magic of Gangaram. Gangaram's sandbag empties and is free from the curse of his Guru.[3]
