Plot[]
The show follows a group of college students at St. Louis College, Mumbai, and their passion for dancing. Dance forms the backdrop of the lives of these youngsters as they deal with the challenges that life throws at them. It showcases how this passion brings them together to form bonds of friendship and love.
The story begins when Kria (Shakti Mohan) moves to Mumbai, from Dehradun, with her mother to study at St. Louis College. She dreams of becoming a dancer, which she keeping secret from her mother. She starts a war between college Casanova and General Secretary Reyansh (Rey) Singhania (Kunwar Amar) when they end up in jail after a dance battle at a party in Dehradun and unintentionally becomes the enemy of college diva and Cultural Secretary Sharon Rai Prakash (Sneha Kapoor). She soon realizes that the college is divided into two groups: The Dazzlers and The Weaklings. Sharon and Reyansh are best friends and head of The Dazzlers, including Vicky, Nilesh, Simi, and Rini, and it is the only dance group in the college. During the first few days of college, Kria is constantly bullied by the Dazzlers except Rey. During the footloose audition, she meets a regular college student Swayam Shekhawat (Shantanu Maheshwari), who is not only good at his studies but also is a great dancer. Swayam has a massive crush on Sharon but, since he is a weakling, Sharon insults him. Infuriated by this, Kria, along with Swayam Neha, Vishakha, Amar, and Bharat, forms another dance group called The Weaklings, which challenges the Dazzlers in footloose.
Sharon starts falling for Reyansh, who in turn shows interest in Kria. As time passes, Sharon forgets about her slight crush. She still despises the weaklings and especially Kria and is irked by Kria's growing friendship with Rey. During Rose Day, she successfully creates a big misunderstanding between the two, which leads to Kria slapping Rey. Rey starts hating Kria after this incident, and they both begin playing pranks to put each other down. Kria becomes uncomfortable seeing Rey and Sharon dance together on Rose Day, while Swayam cheats and makes Kria the Rose queen, thus choosing friendship over his crush. To make up for this, he sends gifts to Sharon as a secret admirer. Sharon becomes overjoyed on seeing gifts from her admirer and desperately wants to find out his identity. Meanwhile, the war between The Dazzlers and The Weaklings is still on. To end this, RDX calls his friend Professor Karan Malik.
When Professor Karan Malik (Karan Singh Grover) enters St. Louis college all the girls instantly start swooning over him. He tries to create peace between the two groups through various tasks and activities and is successful until the confession task. During this task, Sharon starts disliking Swayam even more when he confesses that Sharon was the actual Rose Queen, but he cheated and made Kria win instead. Rey and Kria apologize to each other, but a significant rift is caused in Rey and Sharon's friendship when she confesses that she created the misunderstandings between Rey and Kria. Rey lashes out at Sharon for betraying him and leaves the room. Professor Karan realizes the damage the task has caused when he finds Sharon crying for the first time. Rey befriends Kria and starts avoiding Sharon, and even insults her in front of everyone, which hurts her. Professor Karan tries to stop their fight and make both of them reconcile, but Sharon avoids Professor Karan like the plague and always runs away when he comes near her or tries to talk to her. Eventually, both friends reconcile as well as both teams. Professor Karan transferred from St. Louis. Then RDX sir appoints a new dance teacher for the group, Ms. Nicole (). Nil starts crushing on Nicole, which upsets Simmi. Meanwhile, St. Louis organizes a dance festival where Kria realizes she likes Rey. Rey and Kria decide to bring Swayam and Sharon together. Meanwhile, Sharon announces that she wants to meet her secret admirer. Rey and Kria are glad to know that it's none other than Swayam but Sharon is anything but glad. She feels disgusted and bluntly rejects Swayam's feelings towards her. Swayam is shattered after Sharon's rejection and is depressed.
