Dimelaena is a genus of rimose to areolate placoidioid crustose lichens.[1]: 260  It is in the family Caliciaceae. Members of the genus are commonly called mountain lichens,[2] or moonglow lichens.[1]: 260  The genus has a widespread distribution and contains eight species.[3]
