Dinod is a village in the Bhiwani district of the Indian state of Haryana. It is the largest village in the Tosham block of Bhiwani, having 7 ways for entry. This village is known for 36 caste only village in Bhiwani, Haryana. It is known for Radhaswami Satsang Bhavan as well. A fair is organised by Aashram every year on the occasion of Sant Tarachand Ji Maharaj's birthday.

Dinod has a main temple of Baba Dhuni Wala and Baba Hanumaan Garhi. The village has a Talav made by Rao Tula Ram in history time. Talav is known as Dulasar Johad.

A Hind Fouj victory person named Chhalu Ram Gadhwal is a son of this village. His statue is in Kurukshetra Museum. Chhalu Ram was a brave person in the village.

The boxer Paramjeet Samota, who won a gold medal in the Delhi Commonwealth Games, is also from the village. There is a stadium in Dinod named after him.

Dinod village has an ICS tuition branch for 6th to 12th class students. It also has a gaushala Named Baba Dhuni Wala Goushala Trust. Dinod has a Govt. Girl Sr. Sec. School.


It lies approximately 07km west of the district headquarters town of Bhiwani. As of the 2011 Census of India, the village had 3,275 households with a total population of 15,792 of which 8,398 were male and 7,394 female.[1]
