Domenico Majocchi
Domenico Majocchi (1849–1929) was an Italian dermatologist.[1] He characterized Majocchi's disease and Fungal folliculitis (also known as "Majocchi granuloma").
He studied medicine in Rome, where he graduated in 1873. Later on, he was a professor of dermosyphilopathy at the universities of Parma (1880–92) and Bologna (1892–1924).[2]
