Dondaicha-Warwade is a town and consists of a municipal council in in the Dhule District of Khandesh Region in the state of Maharashtra in India.

As of 2011 India census,[1] Dondaicha-Warwade had a population of 46,767. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Dondaicha-Warwade has an average literacy rate of 71%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 77% and, female literacy is 65%. In Dondaicha-Warwade, 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.
