Donie O'Sullivan (Irish: Dónal Ó Súilleabháin; born 1940) is an Irish retired Gaelic footballer. He played Gaelic football with his local club Spa and was a member of the Kerry senior inter-county team from 1962 until 1975.[4] He was Kerry's first GAA All-Star in 1971,[5] which he achieved again in 1972.[4][6] In 2019, he was inducted into Munster GAA's "hall of fame".[1][5]

According to a 2019 interview, while studying educational psychology at St. John's University in New York during the 1960s, O'Sullivan was offered a contract by New York Jets coach Weeb Ewbank.[1]
