Plot[]
Charlie Daines (Armand Assante) is a morphine-addicted NYPD detective on the trail of a sophisticated psychopath who is setting up murders and broadcasting them live on the internet. Will he catch the killer before it is too late, or will his old-school methods mean his death?
Reception[]
David Nusair of Reel Film Reviews panned the movie, writing that "Director John Irvin's attempts to infuse the film with a somber, Fincheresque sense of style fall flat".[2]
