Durai Chandrasekaran

Durai Chandrasekaran is an Indian politician and incumbent Member of the Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu. He was elected four times to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly as a Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from Tiruvaiyaru constituency in the 1989,[1] 1996,[2] 2006[3] and 2016 elections.[4] He lost the seat to of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) in the 1991 election[5] and to of the same party in 2001.[6]

He is Thanjavur South DMK District secretary.
