ESPN Major League Baseball (ESPN MLB) is a baseball game in 2004 for the Xbox and PS2. The title is Major League Baseball instead of World Series Baseball. It is published by Sega. The previous title in the series was World Series Baseball 2K3 following the World Series Baseball series by Sega Sports.

The next title in the series was Major League Baseball 2K5.

The game was given generally positive reviews.

ESPN Major League Baseball was the only game in the series to not feature the name 2K in the title but it is instead shown on the bottom right hand side of the front cover art.
