The ESP LTD SC-607B is a 7 string guitar model distributed by ESP. It is a signature model of Stephen Carpenter.[1][2][3][4]

The body is made of Alder for the black finish version, but eventually switched to mahogany in 2016. The guitar also features a reverse headstock, as well as two EMG 81-7 active pickups.[5]

The guitar has also been through several updates. In 2016, the guitar's alder body was replaced with mahogany, and the EMG pickups were replaced with Carpenter's Fishman Fluence signature pickup set.

In 2019, the guitar went through another major overhaul. The middle pickup and pickup toggle switch was removed entirely, the rosewood fretboard was replaced with Macassar ebony, Carpenter's signature inlay was removed from the fretboard, the nickel hardware was replaced with black hardware, and only comes in a purple satin finish. The guitar is now called the SC-607B1H, or SC-607 Baritone One Hum, and has replaced the original SC-607B.
