Edward McDaniel (born March 23, 1969) is a former American football linebacker in the NFL. He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings, 5th round (125th overall) of the 1992 Draft. He spent his entire professional career with the Minnesota Vikings.

McDaniel is a co-owner of D1 Sports Training in Greenville, South Carolina. He resides in a suburb of the Twin Cities in Minnesota and owns a number of apartment buildings in Minneapolis and St. Paul.[citation needed]
