Edna Ginesi (1902–2000) was a British artist, of distant Italian ancestry, who painted figures and landscapes.[1][2]

Ginesi was born in Leeds and studied at the Leeds College of Art and then the Royal College of Art in London from 1020 to 1924.[2] In 1924 she won a travelling scholarship and visited France, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands.[3] From 1929 she exhibited with the London Group and in 1933 became a member. Ginesi also exhibited works at the Royal Academy in London and had exhibitions in Amemica and Yorkshire.[2] Her first solo exhibition was in 1932 at the . In 1930 she became a member of the , founded by Lucy Wertheim.[4]
