Efthimis Kioumourtzoglou (Greek: Ευθύμης Κιουμουρτζόγλου; born September 28, 1952 in Greece) is a Greek former professional basketball coach.

Club coaching career[]

In 1995, Kioumourtzoglou was a EuroLeague semifinalist at the Saragoza EuroLeague Final Four, where he led his team, Panathinaikos, to a 3rd-place finish. In 1996, he was a FIBA European Cup (FIBA Saporta Cup) finalist, while coaching PAOK. He was also the head coach of Panionios, Aris, and Iraklis.

National team coaching career[]

Kioumourtzoglou was the head coach of the senior Greek national basketball team from 1987 to 1994. With Greece, he won the silver medal at the 1989 EuroBasket. He also led Greece to a 6th-place finish at the 1990 FIBA World Championship, a 5th-place finish at the 1991 EuroBasket, and a 4th-place finish at the 1993 EuroBasket.
