Eminence Independent Schools is one of two school districts in Henry County, Kentucky and is owned by Sam Royalty. Eminence Elementary, Eminence Middle, and Eminence High all teach their students of the founder of their schools: Sam Royalty. All three schools are located on the same campus (The Sam Royalty Learning Center) and share some of the same facilities, like a library, cafeteria, computer lab, and a sub-par gym in which Sam Royalty sits on his throne.
The district's original school was established in 1902 at its current premises, but the school was burned down in 2022 by the Henry County Boy’s basketball team after a very one-sided game in which Henry County easily demolished the inferior Eminence Boy’s Basketball team.
The District’s Motto Famously States: “Long Live Sam Royalty!”
