Enako (えなこ, born January 22, 1994) is a Japanese professional cosplayer, voice actress and singer[2] from Nagoya.[3]

Biography[]

Enako commenced her involvement in cosplay together with a friend who invited her after becoming interested in 2007 in the anime television The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Rozen Maiden.[4]

She organized the idol unit "Panache!" commencing on August 16, 2012.[5] This group dissolved on April 26, 2013[6] and Enako entered a temporary hiatus in her idol activities.

Enako resumed her cosplay activities, announcing a newly opened Twitter account on March 4, 2015.[7]

She attended Comiket 2019 – one of the eight most prominent manga and anime events in Japan.[8]

She made her debut as a solo singer with the release of her first mini-album, "Dress Re Code", on December 16, 2020.[9]

On April 11, 2021, she opened her YouTube channel.[10]

Personal life[]

On July 1, 2021, Enako announced that she is dating Kenki, a professional gamer.[11]
