The England women's cricket team is scheduled to play against Australia women's cricket team in January and February 2022 to contest the Women's Ashes.[1][2] The tour will consist of one Women's Test match, three Women's One Day Internationals (WODIs), and three Women's Twenty20 Internationals (WT20Is).[3][4] A points-based system will be used across all three formats of the tour.[5] Australia are the defending champions, after they won the previous series 12–4 in the points-based system.[6]

As well as the international matches, the respective A teams are also scheduled to play three 20-over and three limited overs matches against each other.[7] On 21 July 2021, Cricket Australia confirmed the fixtures for the A team matches.[8][9] It will be the first time that the England A women's team will tour Australia with the England women's team.[10]
