Ente Kuttikalude Achan (English: Father of my children) is an Indian soap opera that premiered on 29 March 2021 on Mazhavil Manorama and streams on Manorama Max. The show stars Tessa Joseph and Kiran Nambiar as the protagonists, and Poojitha Menon and Lijo Lonappan as the antagonists and is directed by Purushothaman V.[1][2] This show is a remake of Ekta Kapoor's Kya Hua Tera Vaada. The show will end soon.

Plot[]

The plot revolves around the life of Ashok, Anupama and their three kids who live happily. Things take a turn as relationship issues happen as Ashok's ex-girlfriend Sangeetha Raj joins his company as a new manager. Will they be able to solve the problems and stay together?[3][4]

  • Tessa Joseph as Anupama, Ashok Narayan's former wife who later legally divorces him.[5]After divorcing Ashok Narayan, Anupama gets engaged to Vineeth and then love develops between Anupama and Vineeth. Anupama is now Vineeth's fiancee.
  • Shyam Jacob as Vineeth, Sangeeta Raj's friend. Vineet is a widower who continues to love his wife dearly even after his wife's demise. A few days after Anupama legally divorces Ashok Narayan, Ashok's father Narayanan gets a heart attack and is taken to hospital. On the same day Narayanan requests Vineeth to marry Anupama. Vineeth agrees and gets engaged to Anupama. Now Vineeth is in love with Anupama.
  • Kiran Nambiar as Ashok Narayanan, an employee in a software firm.
  • Poojitha Menon as Sangeetha Raj, Ashok Narayan's sweetheart in college who later becomes his boss.[6] Sangeetha is the legally wedded wife of Devan.[7] Sangeetha wishes to legally marry Ashok Narayan.
  • Shobha Priya Nair as Kamalamma, Ashok Narayan's mother.

  • Lijo Lonappan as Devan, legally wedded husband of Sangeetha Raj.[8] Devan was also Sangeetha Raj's former colleague at a Kolkotta based media company. Devan had legally married Sangeetha when Devan and Sangeetha Raj were colleagues at a media company in Kolkotta. After that Devan was accused of financial embezzlement of the media company's funds and sentenced to imprisonment. He was also and dismissed from his job. After this incident Sangeetha left Devan without legally divorcing Devan. After Devan gets released from prison, eventhough he visits Sangeetha asking for rupees five lakhs and tells her that he would move away from her after getting the money, Devan does not mean it. Actually Devan still wishes to live together with his legally wedded wife Sangeetha, as her husband. Devan knows that Sangeetha and Ashok are planning to get married to each other, but Devan does not know that Ashok was Sangeetha's sweetheart in college.
