Epirotic cuisine
Epirotic cuisine (Greek: Ηπειρώτικη κουζίνα, or Κουζίνα της Ηπείρου) is the traditional Greek cuisine of the region of Epirus. It is based mostly on dairy products; butter and various cheeses.[1]
