Erasmus Samuel A. O. "Sam" Amukun (27 November 1940 – May 1998) was a Ugandan sprinter. He competed in the men's 100 metres, men's 200 metres and men's 4 x 100 metres relay at the 1960 Summer Olympics. He competed in the men's 200 metres and men's 4 x 100 metres relay at the 1964 Summer Olympics.[1]

After the Olympics, he worked as a geologist.[2]
