Escan Tower is a mixed-use skyscraper to be built along Sheikh Zayed Road, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is expected to 2 million AED. The tower will be 60 storeys high, with 40 residential floors, 20 floors for commercial purposes and completion by 2011.
