Eutreptodactylus is an extinct genus of insectivorous bird known from the Early Eocene period (Itaboraian) of Brazil. It was probably the most primitive member of the order Cuculiformes. Fossils have been found in the Itaboraí Formation at São José de Itaborai.[1]
