Biography[]

Eve Lindley was born January 12 1993 to a New York pilot and his then wife.[8] Lindley is Latina; one of her parents is Cuban.[2] She has two older sisters.[8] Her parents divorced when she was two years old and had joint custody of her, but by the time she was in seventh grade she lived full-time with her father.[9] Lindley is a trans woman. She started transitioning in high school with her father's support.[8] They moved to a community that was tolerant of transgender people.[9]

Lindley encountered difficulty in beginning her acting career, and she was homeless for a time. She worked in costumemaking, sales, and as a barista and dog-walker, among other jobs, before making her film debut in All We Had (2016).[8]

Lindley is best known for starring in the AMC series Dispatches from Elsewhere as Simone, a trans woman looking for a way out of her isolation.[1]
