FC Dynamo Moscow in European football

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Russian football club FC Dynamo Moscow has taken part in many European competitions. It reached the finals or semi-finals of the European Cup Winners' Cup three times between 1972 and 1985, and in the 2014–15 season has performed strongly in the UEFA Europa League, winning every game at the group stage and reaching Round of 16. At the end of that season, Dynamo was excluded from 2015–16 Europa League competition for violating Financial Fair Play break-even requirements and did not return to UEFA competitions until the 2020–21 season.[1][2]
